Coaches
Help seniors live with more confidence, connection, and joy.
Aaroha Om works with trained coaches, therapists, counsellors, nurses, hearing professionals, creative facilitators, movement experts, and care partners who want to support older adults with dignity and warmth.
As an Aaroha Om Coach, you may work with seniors at home, inside senior living communities, assisted living centres, palliative care environments, or Punha Katta community spaces.

Coaching for seniors is not about instruction. It is about participation.
Aaroha Om is building vitality systems for aging. Our work brings together hearing coaching, communication support, behavioural vitality, emotional wellness, movement, creative expression, cognitive engagement, family communication, and community participation. Seniors need someone who can listen, guide gently, and create experiences that feel respectful, useful, and alive. That is the role of an Aaroha Om Coach.

Communicate clearly
Seniors, families, and facilities should understand what is being offered and why.
