He worked at several influential healthtech startups including Remedy Partners (acquired by Signify Health/CVS), Zocdoc, and Cityblock Health. More recently, he was CTO of Talkiatry, the leading in-network outpatient telepsychiatry practice in the United States. His focus on experiential loss and social engagement comes from first-hand experience watching elder family members withdraw from society as they encountered communication challenges. As President of Aaroha Om, Jared leads the organisation's long-term vision, strategic direction, and care philosophy.

Leena Nair is a seasoned entrepreneur with a Master's in Economics from Pune University and a Product Management certification from ISB. With over 22 years of experience in the tech industry, she has been instrumental in building and scaling successful startups like Zocdoc and CureMD in India. As Head of Growth at Aaroha Om, Leena drives market strategy, business development, partnerships, and expansion initiatives. Her expertise in operations, product thinking, and strategic growth enables Aaroha Om to pursue ambitious targets while maintaining operational excellence.

Rujuta Jamgaonkar is a seasoned tech and marketing expert and Co-founder of Black Panda Enterprises, a strategic consulting and productization studio. She holds a Digital Marketing and Analytics certification from ISB and has over 18 years in the startup ecosystem, with key roles at Zocdoc and Forage AI. As Strategic Advisor, Rujuta provides guidance on high-level strategy, operational planning, and program design, helping shape Aaroha Om's long-term direction.

Namrata is a seasoned leader with a Master's in Clinical Psychology and over 5 years of experience with hands-on care, managing clinics, and leading marketing teams. With her extensive knowledge of the Pune and Maharashtra market for coaching and counselling, she brings strong insight into client needs, care delivery, and community trust-building. As Head of Programs, Namrata leads the planning, coordination, and execution of Aaroha Om's care programs.

Sangram Kate leads channel partnerships, strategic relationships, referral networks, and local market activation for Aaroha Om. He works with senior living communities, healthcare partners, wellness professionals, residential associations, franchise partners, and community collaborators to build trust-led growth channels across priority markets.
